Shipping policy

Orders are custom-prepared Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, and typically process within 4 to 5 business days. All U.S. shipments are routed through our domestic distribution center to eliminate any customs duties or taxes for American buyers. Please allow up to 15 business days for fulfillment and shipment, subject to inventory levels at our U.S. facility.
